Karen
President, CEO
Karen
holds a B.A. and M.S. in Mathematics and currently teaches
math at a community college. She has taught a variety of
math courses including teacher training for K-8 and has a background in graphic
design and computer programming. She spends a lot of time
reading books about the psychology of learning and how to
motivate people.
In the spring
of 1997, she created Coolmath.com. Over the years,
she's added sites and it's grown to be one of the world's most popular
network of educational websites with over 150,000 visitors a day.
ALL content and all site design is created by Karen.

Phil
Chief Financial OfficerPhil graduated from
Shippensburg University in PA with a B.S. in Business
Admin./Accounting in 1979. He worked for Arthur Andersen &
Co until 1984 and became a CPA during his tenure there. Phil has
worked for a leading real estate developer ever since and is currently Chief
Financial Officer/Treasurer.
He is a member of the AICPA
(American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the
California Society
of CPA's... And Karen's brother-in-law.
