right leg back down (whew!) and fold forward.
Hold for
10-20 seconds. Focus on stretching your arms way out
in front of you and remember to breathe.

TRANSITION:
OK, this is a weird one to get into, but it's not that bad
and feels good when you get there. From the pigeon,
pull your back leg in and get on your knees. Get on
the balls of your feet and roll back onto your caboose.
You'll probably need to do these next two things with your
hands. Lift your right foot and slide it so that your
heel is touching your left caboose cheek. Now, lift
your left leg and put that foot on the outside of your right
knee. Finally, put your right elbow on the outside of
your left knee and use the leverage to twist yourself in
that direction.
 
 

Hold for
10-20 seconds. Focus on stretching your back and
reaching back with that left arm. |

TRANSITION: Unhook
yourself from that last thing... Now, it's time to me
symmetric. Start with both feet in front and your
knees up... Again, you'll probably need to do these
next two things with your hands. Lift your left foot
and slide it so that your heel is touching your right
caboose cheek. Now, lift your right leg and put that
foot on the outside of your left knee. Finally, put
your left elbow on the outside of your right knee and use
the leverage to twist yourself in that direction.
  
Hold for

reaching back with that right arm. |
