TRANSITION:
Straighten out and put your leg back down... Put your
left knee up, twist your hips and back so that your left
knee touches the ground. Look towards your left hand.
Hold for
30-60 seconds. Focus on twisting and stretching that
upper back! |

TRANSITION:
Straighten out lift your left knee up, grabbing it with your
hands.
Hold for
30-60 seconds. Put that leg in nice and tight, but not
so that it hurts. |
