Yoga Posture - Bound Angle Forward Bend Pose

TRANSITION:  Going from the bound angle pose, just slide your hands forward as far as you can.  Remember, that you don't want to push into pain.  Go until you feel the pull, then back off just a touch so it's comfortable, but pushing you a bit.

Hold for 30 seconds or so.  Try to keep your back as straight as possible.  (My back isn't as straight as it should be!)

 This one is great for your hips and back.  You'll even feel it along the sides of your ribs.
