Yoga Power Walks

Yoga Posture - Bridge Pose

TRANSITION:  Put your head down and your hands down to the sides.  Push your caboose up.

Hold for as long as you can.  The full posture has the back arched, but I can't do that very well, so I just keep it like a plank.

This pose is great for stretching the chest, back and neck and really great for toning your thighs and caboose!
