Yoga Posture - Crunch Pose

OK, this one isn't a real yoga pose...  But, we're all obsessed with our abs and this is a good time to do a little work on them.  Besides, having strong abs really helps your lower back.

TRANSITION:  Oh, this one's easy -- I don't need to explain it.

Hold for as long as you can.  Remember that we are trying to de-stress and be calm, so this isn't the time to do sit-ups or a bunch of crunches... Just lift and hold.

Keep our earth clean...  DON'T LITTER!
