Yoga Posture - Half Wind Relieving Pose

TRANSITION:  Straighten out lift your left knee up, grabbing it with your hands.

Hold for 30-60 seconds.  Put that leg in nice and tight, but not so that it hurts.

This one is really easy to do and is great for your lower back.  It also helps if you have that "crampy" lower back ache (girls only!)
