Yoga Posture - Pigeon Pose (stage 3)

TRANSITION:  Put your left leg back down (whew!) and fold forward.

I'm a pretty unlimber person and I could do this one right away...  So, it's not as impossible as it looks.  As you slide forward for the first time, stop if you feel your hip pulling too much.  (You'll know exactly what I mean if this happens!)

Hold for 10-20 seconds.  Focus on stretching your arms way out in front of you and remember to breathe.
