Yoga Posture - Praying Mountain Pose

The praying mountain pose is one of the easiest, but most important yoga pose.  It can be used as the start and finish of most of the standing yoga postures.

While in the praying mountain pose, your body should be straight, strong and calm...  Your mind should be at peace.  Use your yoga breathing during this pose to clear out life's stresses.

EXECUTION:  Hold and meditate a bit for relaxation.  You'll want to use this posture for focusing and separating yourself from life's stresses.
