Yoga Posture - Pyramid Pose

TRANSITION:  Usually from a triangle posture...  Pivot your back foot and turn your hips so that they face your front foot.

Hold for 10-20 seconds... and do your best to not fall over!

Now, for a challenge (that I still can't do without falling over)...  Put your right arm in the air to form a vertical line of energy.  That's right, I said your RIGHT arm -- the one on the same side as the foot that is out in front.  So, your upper body will face the back.  Good luck!
