Yoga Posture - Reaching Triangle Pose

TRANSITION:  From the forward bending triangle...  Stretch your arms way out to the sides as you move them up, like you're making a snow angel.  Take a deep inhaling breathe as you reach up.

Hold for 10-20 seconds.  Arch your back and reach as high as you can!

If you feel like you're going to fall over, don't tilt your head back.  You can build up to this.
