Yoga Posture - Relaxation Pose

TRANSITION:  I think you can figure this one out.

Hold for a nice, long time.  Your goal should be complete relaxation.  Clear your mind and enjoy!

This pose should be the end to every yoga routine.  As you lie there, mentally scan your body for areas of tension and let it melt away.  Go from head to toes -- and don't forget those arms.  Think of yourself as a big blob of mush.
