Yoga Posture - Horizontal
Triangle Pose

Hold for
10-20 seconds. Your left foot should be facing forward
and your right foot should point to the right. Your
body should be a plane - hips and shoulders facing forward.
Your back should be nice and straight with your shoulders
back and your head held high.
Spread your legs are far out
as is comfortable without pulling something or falling
over! With
this one, you'll look like the famous Leonardo da Vinci
drawing that appears on the cover of Gray's Anatomy (the
book, not the TV show!) |
