Yoga Power Walks

Yoga Posture - Warrior I Pose

Hold for 10-20 seconds... Keep your front leg perpendicular to the ground and keep your hips facing your front foot.

This posture is great for strengthening the legs and hips and develops balance.

The better you get, the deeper you can make the lunge!  To get more advanced, arch your back and look up.  (But, that makes me fall over!)
