Yoga Posture - Warrior Vertical Stretch Pose

 

 

Hold for 10-20 seconds.  Your left foot should be facing forward and your right foot should point to the right.  Your body should be a plane - hips and shoulders facing forward.  Be careful to not let your caboose stick out in the back!

 

 

 
This is a variation of the Warrior Angle posture in which your extended arm is over your head so that it forms a straight line with your extended leg.  It's harder to do this and I'm about to start doing it myself...  Without falling over!
