Relaxing:
Baths
This is a
really good thing to add to your bedtime routine,
especially if you are stressed out.
You can just do
plain warm or hot water... Or you can do "bath salts"
(which are mostly just plain old epsom salts that you can
buy at the market or drug store) and/or BUBBLES! Yeah,
even for you guys. It takes a real man to be able to
do a bubble bath. But, it's amazingly soothing.
Be sure that
things are quiet or have mellow music (new age or nature
sounds). DO NOT TALK ON THE PHONE DURING YOUR BATH!
This will cancel out the effects, so, if you're going to
blab on the phone the whole time, don't even bother.
If things aren't quiet where you live, get some earplugs.
Just relax...
You can do nothing or you can read something non-stressful.
This isn't a good time to read textbooks! Hey, you
might slip into unconsciousness out of boredom and drown!
A nice magazine is more appropriate.
